Shipping Information
Minimum order quantity of £10 to be eligible for delivery.
If you order before 11am, your order will be dispatched the same day Monday - Friday. 90% of parcels will arrive the following day however, according to Royal Mail, 24 Tracked can take up to 3 working days (although by experience we expect delivery to be no longer than 2 working days). Please allow until the third day post dispatch before contacting us.

PLEASE NOTE - If you provide us with the incorrect shipping address and therefore do not receive your order, we will not be held responsible.
We will not dispatch orders on the same day as a Royal Mail strike or Public Holidays.
Collection Information
If placed before 8am, your order will be ready to collect the same day from 12pm - 3:30pm in Frimley. Collection orders placed after 8am will be available to collect the following day, 12pm - 3:30pm. Collection is available Monday - Friday. If you'd like to collect outside of these hours, please let us know and we will try our best to accommodate. Please bring your confirmation email when you come to collect your order.
